Back To The Moon Patch

The Apollo Program brought the United States to the Moon in the 20th century. Now 53 years, later NASA is turning over Low Earth Orbit to commercial companies and looking outward again.

This commemorative patch depicts an Artemis mission commander pausing work to gaze up into space towards the next goal, a crewed mission to Mars. The twelve stars in the heavens celebrate those who put footprints on the Moon during Apollo. Now is the time for the Artemis Generation to continue that exploration and chart their own course.
