For All Humanity

The phrase "we are going for all humanity" became the iconic rallying cry for the crew of NASA's Artemis II mission, which launched on April 1, 2026, as the first crewed lunar flyby in over 50 years.

Prelaunch Final Crew Roll Call:

•  Reid Wiseman (Commander): “Confirming spacecraft readiness.”
•  Victor Glover (Pilot): "We are going for our families."
•  Christina Koch (Mission Specialist): "We are going for our teammates."
•  Jeremy Hansen (Mission Specialist): "We are going for all humanity."
•  After the successful splashdown of Artemis II and inspired by the international joy from the public, I wanted to create a special commemorative that depicts the crew stacking their hands atop the Artemis “A” from their patch. The Roman Numeral II, their mission designation underscores the message that they flew for ALL.
