Mission Operations 1988

This emblem was developed in recognition to Mission Operations' unique contribution to the Manned Space Program. The wording of the emblem stresses the attitude to insure crew safety and mission success. Achievement Through Excellence is the translation from Latin. It represents operations' commitment to a belief in craftsmanship and perseverance and to insure mission success and the safe return of the crews.
