The Tip of the Spear

The golden guiding and border lines, foundationally centered at POIC, create a honed edge pointing ever upwards, through the International Space Station and continuing onward—the Tip of the Spear carving its path through the stars.
A total of 25 stars represent a celebration of 25 years of continuous payload operations, while 7 major stars represent the Foundations of Flight Control: Competence, Vigilance, Confidence, Discipline, Teamwork, Toughness, and Responsibility.
The northernmost four-tipped star represents the four branches supporting real time operations – HP21, HP23, HP26, HP27—all integrated into single guiding light for payload operations: PMOD.

The rallying banner emblazoned “Increment” represents our shared cause and direction as one 75 Team, and the overarching sweep gives a sense of motion—ever forward, ever outward, to what is beyond what we can yet see.
